Duties to include but not limited to: Provide technical and administrative support to Executives in the preparation of: Owner’s/Client Project Briefs Request for proposals (RFPs) for project consultants Client Reports and Presentations Client direct work package tenders Attend all regularly scheduled project and construction meetings (where necessary) and maintain minutes of all relevant project related meetings as required. Maintain project tracking logs including design compliance, risk and opportunity registers, open requests for information (RFIs), non-conformance registers and submittals to support positive project momentum
