• Manager, you will support the Store
• Manager in leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and creates unforgettable moments for every consumer who walks through our doors. WHAT YOU DO Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for our consumers
• Support, coach, and develop a diverse team while helping to build a strong and inclusive team culture
• Partner with the Store
• Manager to drive store performance, including budgets, operations, planning, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction
• Bring NIKE’s strategy to life in-store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines Work closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices
• Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow and perform at their best WHAT YOU BRING • Previous experience in a management role in store environment • Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best Good command of English and Hungarian, both written and spoken Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
