Job Description

Primary role is to provide support to show’s Film Producer.
Assist in copying and distributing scripts, schedules, and rundowns.
Monitor film schedule changes and script rewrites.
Work across multiple productions simultaneously.
Oversee Producer’s business and personal calendar.
Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for Producer, with occasional support for Directors.
Collect and submit expense reports.
Gift-sending, errands, office organization, supply inventory & more.
Collaborate on potential film script breakdowns, identifying essential production elements.
Support intern onboarding and training; serve as a resource and coordinate informational experiences.
Compile and prepare weekly production budget reports.
A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
