We are seeking an Associate, Building Specialist (Data Analyst) to join our AI Scribe Operations team. This role focuses on scaling processes, building operational tools, and leveraging SQL to optimize workflows for one of our fastest-growing products.
This is a high-impact, detail-oriented role that requires both technical and operational excellence. You will work across teams to design, test, and improve repeatable systems that power our AI scribe experience at scale.
Process Scaling & Tooling: Design and implement scalable processes and tools that improve the reliability and efficiency of AI Scribe operations.
SQL Development: Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to analyze data, build reporting pipelines, and ensure clean, reliable data flows across teams.
Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Conduct deep dives into operational and product data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Automation & Documentation: Translate operational workflows into structured documentation and automated solutions to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and scale new initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Own KPIs and build dashboards to measure the success of implemented processes and identify opportunities for further optimization.
Strong SQL Proficiency: Skilled in writing advanced queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations) and working with large relational datasets.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate business and operational problems into structured data questions and actionable insights.
Process-First Approach: Demonstrated experience in scaling workflows, building operational tools, and reducing complexity in fast-moving environments.
Documentation & Communication Skills: Clear, structured writer who can create effective instructions, workflows, and reports.
Ownership Mentality: Takes responsibility for outcomes, with a relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and adjusts processes as the product scales.
Bonus: Experience with healthcare operations, SaaS tools, or building internal analytics/ops tooling.
Shift: Night (On-site) – 10 PM to 7 AM
Days: Monday to Friday
