Job Title: Associate Convention Project Manager
Job Summary: This role is responsible for the successful project management of tournament operations within our tentpole event. As a project coordinator on the Event team, this role will work with internal stakeholders on the Events team to own the set up of projects, project timelines, drive results, manage stakeholders, and hit delivery dates.

Manage projects that span across internal teams.
Monitor project scopes, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables, accounting for interdependencies.
Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.
Influence departmental stakeholders to complete an assigned tasks on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Track at risk metrics and facilitate actions to keep projects on track.
Communicate and collaborate with various teams to provide training and information to impacted parties.
Audit and document current processes. Propose process improvement plans.
Manage and track milestones and KPIs within a portfolio of projects.
2-3 years of relevant experience within esports tournaments, large scale events, or relatable project management.
Understanding of the components necessary to produce large scale conventions.
Understanding of project management process and concepts.
Understanding of esports tournaments.
Ability to multitask and proactively manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Able to work under pressure and under challenging timelines.
Team player with ability to work with various groups across the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with Workfront and Smartsheet preferred.
PMP certification a bonus, but not required.
