Position Summary:This position will support NBA Take-Two Media, a joint venture of the NBA and Take-Two Interactive, with all aspects of its business, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of NBA Take-Two Media.   Major Responsibilities: Negotiate, structure, draft, and advise on agreements relating to all aspects of NBA Take-Two Media’s business, including content production, content distribution, live events, and video game / esports competitions. Provide real-time counseling on legal issues that arise in connection with content production, live events, video game / esports competitions, and other NBA Take-Two Media activities. Work closely with NBA and Take-Two Interactive attorneys, including the NBA attorney with oversight responsibilities for NBA Take-Two Media’s legal operations.   Integrate with NBA Take-Two Media’s operations units and identify and advise on legal issues that should be considered / addressed.
