About the role We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Owner to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis to support the development and execution of the Participation Digital Product Strategy. In this role, you will support product development, stakeholder engagement, market research, customer insight gathering, testing, and documentation across the Participation product portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for: Supporting the development and delivery of product initiatives aligned to the product roadmap Assisting in managing and prioritising the product backlog to meet business and user needs Gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements, ensuring clear communication across teams Conducting market research and analysing user feedback to generate actionable insights Coordinating user testing and quality assurance to support successful product releases Creating and maintaining product documentation, reporting, and communications About you To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrated experience in a related field, with a strong interest in digital products or technology Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action A customer-focused approach, with experience understanding and responding to user needs A proactive, curious and solutions-focused attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
