Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Some roles which require a greater degree of day-to-day collaboration will benefit from more in-person opportunities. Employees in Hybrid roles are expected to be in office 1 day/week (Wednesdays) in hub locations that have an office, and may be expanded to 2 days in 2024.

About the Role
Hinge Health is looking for an Enterprise Marketing Associate to manage enablement tools and processes that help fuel the success of our employer sales and channel partnerships teams. This includes keeping messaging up to date and consistent across materials for our rapidly evolving solutions, customizing assets for key partners, and operationalizing processes and tools for greater efficiency and clarity. You will report to our Sr. Director of Enterprise Marketing and will support a growing team of marketing, sales, and channel partner professionals to do the best work of their careers. 

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for creatively and effectively delivering our company’s value proposition to target audiences, and an enthusiasm for solving problems as our company grows and scales. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, and have an affinity for B2B marketing. You are a great candidate for this role if you are passionate about our mission and enjoy making an impact across the organization as much as delivering bespoke marketing tactics, tools, and measurement. 


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • 100% on-time and error-free delivery of assigned sales enablement projects and requests.
  • Increased commercial team usage of key enablement assets and programs, by keeping content current and discoverable and leveraging reporting and insights from the enablement tech stack.
  • Identify and drive operational efficiencies for the marketing team and commercial stakeholders through process improvements, automation, training and communication. 

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Marketing Experience: Education or training in marketing with experience developing/editing collateral, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Industry Acumen: Passionate about our company’s mission, with some understanding of healthcare and/or benefits.
  • Project and Portfolio Management: Ability to define project goals and milestones and experience with how to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Technology: Savvy user of multiple tech platforms and tools to get the job done (e.g. GoogleDocs, Asana, Salesforce)
  • Communicate effectively: Strong written & verbal communication that is well-structured and persuasive.
  • Strong attention to detail: Keen ability to pay close attention to detail and manage high quality deliverables.
  • Make results happen: Strong bias towards action and innate sense of urgency, without fear of having to pivot when necessary.
  • Learn-it-all: Curious and keeps up to date on new developments in the industry and marketing discipline. Thrives in a culture of experimentation and repetitive excellence.
  • Collaborative: High emotional intelligence and ability to both deliver and manage expectations of various commercial partners who have distinct requirements and objectives, as well as coordinating across internal cross-functional teams
