The Associate, Fleet Operations supports the planning, coordination, and
delivery of fleet and depot operations activities that contribute to operational readiness and Games-time delivery for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role focuses on supporting depot development and readiness activities, maintaining operational documentation, coordinating logistics and project tracking, and assisting with the implementation of fleet operational plans and procedures.
Working within the Transport Department and the Fleet Operations subfunction, the Associate collaborates across internal teams including Technology, Workforce, Readiness, Venue Operations, and Security. The role also supports engagement with external operators, vendors, contractors, and public agencies as needed to support fleet and depot operations planning and delivery.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fleet Operations focusing on Depot Operations, the position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple operational workstreams simultaneously. The Associate will contribute to operational readiness activities by supporting
depot planning efforts, maintaining project tools and documentation, coordinating operational information, and assisting managers and senior team members
responsible for fleet and depot readiness and delivery.

The annual base salary range for this position is $30.29 - 35.00/hour. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
