Wasserman is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Brands team in a dual role encompassing insights and client management. This dynamic position entails supporting the brand insights and retainer client teams. We are looking for someone who can effortlessly navigate through research, analysis, project management, and client service, ultimately guaranteeing the success of our partnerships.

 

Insights Responsibilities:

  • Perform research and analysis of various demographics and insights to help inform strategies and initiatives
  • Support the creation and maintenance of proprietary Wasserman measurement tools and analysis
  • Manage syndicated research platforms (e.g., Global Web Index, Kantar) to create fan profiles, landscape analysis, and other strategy-related projects
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy, measurement plans, POVs, and partnership negotiations
  • Collaborate with vertical teams to set objectives and KPIs and develop and execute program/campaign measurement plans
  • Execute brand health surveys while developing insights and implications based on client objectives and presenting to client teams on select projects
  • Conduct property valuations, including contract valuations, activation valuations, and earned media analysis
  • Monitor media trends and the shifts in the cultural landscape to keep key stakeholders informed and maintain Wasserman's data-driven decision-making position
  • Provide regular updates to internal/external teams on industry news and project status

Client Management Responsibilities:

  • Support team members in client service, partnership management, relationship development, and project coordination by managing project trackers, taking meeting notes, and tracking next steps and follow ups for ongoing workstreams
  • Assist in developing 360-partnership marketing plans, from evaluation to strategic direction and implementation
  • Partner with the internal research and insights team to establish program success metrics and support effectiveness evaluations
  • Assist with negotiations between partners and clients, ensuring optimal leveraging of benefits and assets
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, properties, talent partners, media partners, and internal teams
  • Support oversight of client-related and partnership budgets, tracking, billing, and reporting
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and partners, participating in regular check-ins, status meetings, and issue resolution
  • Support team through condensed timelines, multiple deliverables, and various stakeholders
  • Support, initiate, and delegate regular two-way communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Identify new strategic opportunities and contribute to cutting-edge strategic plans

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two years of relevant client management experience with a minimum of one year of direct experience in insights-driven work preferred
  • Experience working in HBCU/multicultural partnerships preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry with a working understanding of what is happening across cultures today and tomorrow
  • Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Familiarity with technology and consumer electronics related to the mobile device market and key players
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances

Benefits

Base salary range: $58,500-60k plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
