ABOUT THE ROLE

As Associate Manager, Paid Social, you will play an impactful role within Peloton's dynamic Media team. You will be the driving force behind the performance and execution of our paid social campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, among others. The ideal candidate for this position will need to be both strategic and proactive, playing a crucial role in meeting our performance targets and driving execution across all Paid Social channels. Your deep understanding of the paid media and ad tech ecosystem will be essential as you navigate and optimize our presence in this constantly evolving environment. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Peloton's Global Paid Social strategy, covering both seasonal campaigns and critical business initiatives. With our collaborative approach, your responsibilities will include:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative paid social strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop accurate and insightful forecasts for campaign performance, advising budget allocation and goal setting.
  • Lead and optimize paid social budgets across various platforms to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Actively monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to exceed targets. We believe in the power of iteration and encourage you to experiment and learn from results.
  • Craft comprehensive weekly reports, including the development and maintenance of dynamic dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and trends to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and complete detailed A/B and multivariate testing calendars to identify winning creative, audience, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling and high-performing ads that resonate with our target audiences. We value open communication and believe in the power of collaborative creativity.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with key social vendor and agency partners to ensure efficient execution, access to new opportunities, and collaborative problem-solving.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social media execution across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Prior experience overseeing acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaigns with clear results.
  • A collaborative spirit and a track record of working effectively with teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Analytics.
  • An understanding of and practical experience in crafting and implementing A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Consistent history of leading and balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, showcasing organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Significant expertise in media-specific spreadsheet functionalities, including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and relevant media formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
  • A clear and comprehensive understanding of media pacing, flighting strategies, and the nuances of managing channel-specific budgets.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) is a significant plus.
  • Strong presentation skills preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$106,300$125,750 USD
