2K’s Partnerships and Licensing team works across several disciplines to lead our partnerships with industry-leading first party partners like Sony, Microsoft, Steam, and Epic to drive successful title go-to-market and publishing, develop and lead new partnerships and brand integrations, and work cross-functionally to architect large-scale consumer marketing programs. Our team culture is fast-paced and goal-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and exposure for our games worldwide. We hire nimble self-starters who are able to handle multiple work streams at once and get the job done.
We are seeking an extremely organized and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with our first party partners to successfully lead publishing and partner operations with our key console partners. The ideal candidate should be highly cross-functional, excellent at partner operations and relations, as well as experienced with both long-term planning and day-to-day execution. This role will require you to embrace a constantly changing environment, while multitasking on numerous high-level projects at once and remaining cool, calm and collected.
Success in the role will lie in both strong relationships with our first party partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Epic, etc), helping to build outstanding marketing strategies and implement innovative, best-in-class activations geared to a variety of promotion opportunities.
With experience in award-winning games and best-selling franchises and an astute understanding of the interactive entertainment industry, you will work cross-functionally across key 2K teams to plan and secure impactful marketing support from first party partners

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $110,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
