- Job Title: Associate Market Development Manager - LATAM
- Job Summary: Supports on-boarding of retail locations, manages day-to-day customer relationships and plans and executes related events and projects.

What you’ll do
- Help drive growth in Mexico and the Latin American market through player engagement and retailer onboarding.
- Create leads and work closely with key partners in Mexico and Latin America.
- Ensure timely reporting of key performance metrics in the above markets.
- Ability to distill large datasets into actionable insights.
- Drive periodical audits to ensure safe Organized Play spaces for the Pokémon community.
- Generate market research and present opportunities to Sr. Manager of OP Retail and other members of management.
- Help generate and nurture leads using our CRM tool.
- Ensure program alignment with overall Organized Play goals.
- Contribute to development and share best practices for programmatic success with retailers.
- Support our new and onboarded leagues by leading on processes such as league applications, customer support, among others.
What you’ll bring
- Spanish and English speaking and writing abilities at a near-native level is required.
- 3-4 years of experience working in Mexico and Latin America.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, understanding of enterprise resources planning software platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to root out errors in large datasets.
- Relationships management/building in Mexico and LATAM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Desired: Knowledge of the Trading Card game and tabletop gaming market in Latin America
- Desired: Experience working directly with hobby retailers or small businesses.

- Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between MXN 502,000.00 - MXN 596,600.00. The full range is MXN 502,000.00 - MXN 754,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
