Longdue is a new game studio building Hopetown, a narrative-first RPG inspired by Disco Elysium. Our team includes some of the minds behind that iconic title — including Martin Luiga (founder of the ZA/UM Cultural Movement), Lenval Brown (narrator of Disco Elysium), and Piotr Sobolewski (former CEO of Knights of Unity, the studio that completed all the tech for Disco Elysium).

We are now entering early production, building the foundational systems, characters, and mechanics that will shape a rich, story-driven cRPG experience. With your help, we can transform Hopetown from a great game into an unforgettable one — a living, breathing universe of stories, surprises, and emotional depth.

Longdue is proudly supported by HyperionDev, one of the world’s leading providers of accelerated tech education. Through this collaboration, we’re not only creating ambitious games, but also helping build new educational pathways into the games industry and exploring how interactive storytelling can shape learning.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Producer – Partnerships & Projects, you will work across both HyperionDev and Longdue, supporting the production of video games and interactive projects while also helping to grow our education partnerships.

At Longdue Games you will drive the production of our narrative-driven video games and technologies, managing timelines, team deliverables, partner communications, and project tracking.

At HyperionDev, you’ll lead strategic projects related to our university partnerships and the growth of our educational initiatives.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is passionate about video games, thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and loves bringing projects to life through strong organisation and communication.
