Rockstar is on the lookout for an Associate Production Coordinator, to join our QA team, who possesses a passion for providing support.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Rockstar’s large game development studio in Bangalore, India.

WHAT WE DO

  • The Rockstar Games Production team efficiently handles attendance and timekeeping records, addressing and resolving issues to maintain accuracy.
  • We provide administrative support and encourage effective communication within the team.
  • We act as the primary contact for tester inquiries, ensuring timely assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly supervise timekeeping records and address any concerns related to attendance.
  • Follow up with relevant parties to resolve attendance issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the QA team lead and management to provide additional administrative support as required.
  • Assist in raising requests to IT and administration.
  • Provide weekly data for cab requirements in the night shift to the designated personnel.
  • Coordinate matrix organization changes, time updates & monthly project allocation.
  • Maintain & update the QA seating floor plan in collaboration with leads and coordinating any necessary movements.
  • Handle inquiries from testers and steer them towards the right person for resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience as required..
  • 2+ years of experience in production or project management, with experience in coordination or administrative role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and relevant software.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, milestone-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find efficient solutions to a given task.

PLUSES

  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes or software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Game company.
  • Successful production experience with organizing and tracking large amounts of information.
