The Associate, Site Experience role will support the alignment of our product offerings and consumer expectations. This position requires a passion for product and the brand, an understanding of eCommerce and merchandising and to be constantly curious about the consumer and their decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing site experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

Support the merchandising strategy of the site, ensuring alignment with product architecture and consumer shopping experience

Partner closely with the merchant and product teams to understand priorities in the category and the inventory flows and product launches to ensure the site appropriately supports the assortment

Make recommendations to the editorial calendar and own the merchandising strategy on landing pages

Work closely with the digital marketing team to align on plans and have consistent story telling at all touch points of the consumer journey

Analyze site performance through a consumer and category lens, prioritizing initiatives to improve the shopping experience

Foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance site experience and meet commercial objectives

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in eCommerce, general management, or merchandising, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry

Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure deliverables are completed on time

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals

Comfortable with site metrics and merchandise KPIs

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage up, influencing strategy and operations
