Rockstar Leeds is looking for an Associate UI/UX Designer to work within our Creator Platform team. An Associate UI/UX Designer for the Creator Platform should possess a blend of basic technical skills and knowledge in web and systems design, with a strong passion for designing intuitive user interfaces and user-centric experiences. The key goal for this role is to be a source of crucial support for the UI/UX, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure consistency and accessibility for all our products. 

This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of Leeds, England. 

WHAT WE DO

• We deliver a technology platform that enables players to experience community created content on fully customized dedicated servers where creators can develop their own game modes and other modifications in a variety of scripting languages.
• We create technology, tools, and solutions to enhance the creator experience and empower our community to create and share any experience imaginable. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Assist the UI/UX, Products teams and work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Prototyping and Testing: Assist in developing wireframes, flows, prototypes and decks and iterate based on feedback and usability tests to further the work of the team both internally and externally.
• Responsive and Adaptive Design: Help design intuitive, responsive and adaptive user interfaces and experiences for all products across the Creator Platform.
• Continuous Iteration: Continue to keep track of design iterations, and update and refine existing designs based on feedback from users or team members.
• Brand Safeguarding: Play a crucial role in the continued development of the Creator Platform products’ Visual Identities, ensuring consistency, responsiveness and user-friendliness across all platforms.
• Products, Teams, and Trends Immersion: Deeply immerse oneself in the world of Cfx.re, FiveM and RedM, build relationships with the teams across all products, as well as keep up with design trends to further improve design quality. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX Design or a similar role.
• Experience in working with a cross-functional team to contribute and deliver design-centric and accessible products.
• Experience in Web and Systems Design.
• Experience in using tools of the trade like Figma and the Adobe Suite.
