Job Description

Manage Audience Dept for show
Oversee team of audience staff/pages and their day to day tasks
Book and manage all ticketing for show, including VIP and charity ticket lists
Brief, check-in and manage all audience members and the audience load process
Seat audience
Show liaison to general public regarding attendance, show calendar and general inquiries
Works with Show Security to anticipate and maintain audience conduct and safety
Coordinates audience giveaways with show producers
Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
