We are hiring a Manager to our Value Management team in Brazil!

The Value Management team designs and implements strategy, for all our 10+ countries, towards increasing our companies Gross Profit and improving our unit economics, globally. YOU will be in charge of developing and executing strategy to increase profitability (gross profit of our enterprise business) while enabling growth by (1) optimizing sales pricing, testing different level of discount and assessing the price management on sales funnel  (2) optimizing pricing to existing clients and ensuring it is sustainable while enabling high growth (3) implementing and developing value creation projects that sustain profitability.This position reports to the B2B Pricing Senior Director and is in charge of the development, project management and execution of all strategy initiatives relative to our path to growth and profitability  for all the regions and business units. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop, execute and track short, medium and long-term initiatives to increase profitability & gross profit on all of our business units on the back of thorough analytical analysis.
  • Develop, execute and track our pricing sales strategy between the different channels to ensure all of them are well positioned in terms of profitability and competitiveness.
  • Design, implement and measure the impact of other initiatives to maximize LTV of our clients including but not limited to special offers such as waivers, discounts and upsell.
  • Work with our Revenue teams to define processes to quickly implement margin optimization initiatives.
  • Work with our Product team to develop profitability enabler features
  • Design experiments to test our prices and offers (e.x.: elasticity of demand, statistical significance, control groups, etc)
  • Communicate and align interests with all stakeholders from the team´s initiatives including: Commercial teams globally (Regional leaders of commercial teams), Global Sales / Operations, Analytics team to design analytics, monitoring tools, and dashboards, Growth, Content and Community teams, Product and engineering teams

Who You Are

  • Experience in a high pace environment is a must (management consulting, Banking, high-growth startups or similar)
  • Proven track record of driving insights and making decisions based on data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations and to  of drive insights and decisions based on data
  • The skill to distill and summarize complex ideas succinctly in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to understand at a detailed level pricing levers in a B2B context
  • Pricing experience in two-sided platforms businesses is a plus
  • Good stakeholder manager
  • Python and SQL is a plus
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
