What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior/Middle Back-end Developer (Python) for Omo who is dreaming of developing ambitious IT products and wants to be part of a team that builds apps in the Health & Fitness category.

Omo is an all-in-one app that helps users build healthy habits to improve their health using the most effective methodologies. The full-cycle team now includes 35+ professionals who are fully committed to improving the user’s experience and results.

Responsibilities

• Supporting existing services, new features development and creating new services from scratch using micro-services architecture

• Designing optimal product architecture

• Working with Real-Time Communication services

• Working with the core AWS services (AWS Lambda/ API Gateway)

• Integration various AI libraries and API into projects

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in Python3.X

• Experience in developing/supporting client-server applications and in RESTful services

• Experience with AWS services

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Understanding of OOP, SOLID, design patterns

• Understanding the basics of networking

• Work experience with Git

• Upper-intermediate English

Will be a plus:

• Working with asynchrony in Python

• Experience with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL

• Experience with Machine Learning.

• Experience with AI APIs and libraries.

• Experience with serverless AWS services (Lambda/API Gateway/SQS/CloudFormation/CloudWatch)
