THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an Backoffice Infrastructure Director to our DOTS team in São Paulo, Brazil.

DOTS is developing a scalable solution to enhance Wellhubber's productivity. Our user-friendly, data-driven products empower business areas with efficiency and measurable results. Additionally, our IT Infrastructure team maintains equipment and office infrastructure, while IT Governance manages contracts, vendors, and payments. This ensures seamless operations across all aspects of our technology ecosystem.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a seasoned IT professional with a deep understanding of backoffice infrastructure technologies and solutions. As a recognized technical leader, having a proven track record of designing, implementing, and monitoring IT systems that deliver tangible business value.

What you Bring to the Table:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute long-term IT infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead complex projects from design to deployment, optimizing capacity, automating monitoring, and fine-tuning solutions for peak performance.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
    • Microsoft Azure AD & Identity and Access Management (IAM):
      • Deep expertise in Azure AD architecture, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
      • Understanding of SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and other Azure AD security features.
      • Experience with Azure AD integration with other applications, including Google Workspace.
    • Digital Workspace (Google Workspace):
      • Advanced administration and management of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
      • Knowledge of Google Workspace security best practices and compliance requirements.
      • Experience with integrating Google Workspace with other systems, particularly Azure AD.
    • Asset Management:
      • Proven experience in managing IT asset lifecycles (hardware and software).
      • Expertise in asset tracking, inventory management, and procurement processes.
      • Knowledge of asset management software and tools.
    • License Management:
      • Understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
      • Experience in managing software licenses for various applications and vendors.
      • Ability to optimize software license utilization and minimize costs.
    • Vendor Relationship Management:
      • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors.
      • Experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring vendor performance.
    • IT Back Office Support Operations (ITSM):
      • Deep understanding of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
      • Experience in incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
      • Knowledge of IT support ticketing systems and service desk best practices.
    • Automation & Scripting:
      • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
      • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
    • Security:
      • Comprehensive understanding of security principles and best practices.
      • Experience with firewall management, network security, and endpoint protection.
      • Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing techniques.
    • Compliance & Auditing:
      • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
      • Experience in conducting IT audits and risk assessments.
      • Ability to develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively tackle technology complexities, simplifying systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Hands-On Leadership: You are not just a manager; You're a doer. You write code, build automations, and actively contribute to operational solutions.
  • IT Support Expertise: Have a strong background in IT support operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and customer service. You understand the importance of providing timely and effective support to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaboration: Excel at building bridges between teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional areas, fostering collaboration and driving successful project delivery.
  • Risk Mitigation: Preemptively identify and address potential risks, avoiding all-in projects and opting for iterative, smaller launches to ensure stability and minimize production disruptions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, looping in the right people to ensure we're making the most informed choices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate new technologies and proactively implement improvements to optimize outcomes and boost employee productivity.
  • Security Advocate: Collaborate closely with Infosec managers to develop a robust security roadmap and actively influence security success across the organization.
  • Advanced to fluent English: Proven leadership skills in managing, motivating, and developing globally distributed teams.
