Get Golfing CIO is seeking a Front Of House representative for their sports facilities. This role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience at our various sports establishments. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Providing information and assistance to customers in person,or the phone
• Fun and outgoing personality
• Great customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings.
• Duties include serving customers, taking orders, clearing tables and cashing up and generally following the company procedures
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining clean and organized front-of-house areas.

Requirements

• A passion for excellent customer service.
• Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of and passion for sports and related products/services.
• 18+ is prefered due to alcohol sales throughout the venu
