Position Summary

This Basketball Operations Academy Lead - Middle East role will support NBA league operations and basketball operations. The position involves working with teams, players, and league staff to ensure the successful execution of NBA games and initiatives while maintaining the integrity and quality of the game.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support NBA league and basketball operations functions
  • Coordinate with teams and players on league initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with NBA rules and regulations
  • Assist with game operations and scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of league operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sports operations or related field
  • Strong knowledge of basketball and NBA operations
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for basketball and the NBA
