What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute the global benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead the implementation of new benefit programs, including communications, vendor onboarding and operational setup.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable benefit offerings.
• Research local market practices and statutory requirements to design tailored benefit packages.
• Manage annual renewals and open enrollment cycles.
• Lead negotiations with benefit vendors, brokers and third-party administrators to secure cost-effective, high-quality programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve issues and drive ongoing service improvements.
• Monitor benefit utilization, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Analyze benefits-related data to identify trends, cost drivers and opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with local HR Ops and business leaders to assess benefits needs in geographies.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll to ensure smooth integration of benefits administration.
