Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HR,

benefits administration platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data management. Customer-focused approach with professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues independently and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field.
