The Business Analyst is part of the Specialized Services team within the US Media Field Operations
organization. This position is responsible for collecting detailed business requirements across multiple
projects. This role will work closely with the technical team business analysts to ensure all requirements
are captured and representative of the business need delivering integrated solutions
ResponsibilitiesIn-home telecom services, rate, and usage analysis for both telecom and mobile AirWatch security admin for mobile devices for all field/audio users Ensuring that the project's business requirements are clear and understood by all project stakeholders. Collaborate with program leads, business management, and leadership to identify process opportunities. Leading workshops related to gathering and review of project requirements and business solutions. Analyzing requirements-related information obtained from various sources: reconciliation, decomposition, and gap analysis of this information. Create and own high-quality documentation Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements. Provide thought leadership to process definition and process improvement. Oversee and approve technical design and systems development to ensure requirements are met. Provide support to Project Managers to ensure projects meet required timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams outside and within DA to ensure harmonization of systems, practices, and processes Work closely with Technology Business Analysts to ensure alignment on all requirements
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of comparable work experienceHighly effective communication (oral and written) skills including problem-solving, prioritizing, andinterpersonal relationship building at different levels within the organization (global to local)Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions that meet business needsAbility to multi-task and re-prioritize based on company objectivesStrong documentation and organizational skillsSolid understanding of technologyAbility to work independently and within cross-functional environmentsProficient with use of Microsoft Office desktop and Google tools or equivalentKnowledgeable in all phases of a project analysisExperience in full systems development life cycle on multiple concurrent projectsProficiency in Alteryx is required Ability to work on multiple projects#LI-SM1
