THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a BRAND CAMPAIGNS SENIOR DESIGNER for our BRAND & COMMS team in SÃO PAULO

As a Brand Campaigns Senior Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing visually compelling and cohesive campaigns that elevate our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences. This position requires a high level of creativity, with experience in wellness, health, and healthcare strongly preferred. YOUR IMPACT

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging;
  • Generate innovative and visually striking concepts for brand campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies;
  • Create and design campaign assets, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials;
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all campaign elements;
  • Adapt campaign designs for various channels, ensuring optimal visual impact and user engagement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into diverse marketing channels;
  • Craft designs that evoke emotional responses and connect with the target audience on a deeper level;
  • Integrate cutting-edge design techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of industry standards;
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with campaign messaging;
  • Welcome and incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve design concepts;

Who You Are

  • A senior professional with proven experience in designing for brand campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work;
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant software; 
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, and design fundamentals;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment;
  • Knowledge of current design trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior;
  • Able to communicate in Advanced-Fluent English.
