The Department CAA Brand Consulting is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency with expertise in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy. The Role

This individual will work as a Senior Account Executive of Creator Strategy in the Brand Consulting department, supporting multiple brand accounts.

This position focuses on content creator/digital talent partnerships for corporate clients and is most suitable for those with • strong experience in the content creator/digital talent space and content strategy.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic expert in integrating celebrity talent, athletes, and content creators into brand campaigns across social and digital platforms

• Support end-to-end campaign management process, including strategy, identification, vetting, outreach, negotiations, dealmaking, execution, and reporting. Understand digital creator and talent ecosystems to support creative ideation and dealmaking. Brief talent on brand objectives, creative requirements, and content deliverables to ensure alignment with overall campaign strategy. Stay adept at digital and cultural trends to identify rising talent
• Develop case studies and campaign recaps to promote business growth
• Support on administrative tasks, including talent list building, budget management, finance tracker maintenance, and payment process management with brands and talent. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred. 4 years of experience at a social media company, influencer management agency, or digital agency preferred. Established relationships with influencer agencies, talent management companies, and sports agencies.
• • Strong understanding of talent/brand partnerships and content creation, including experience on-set during production/content shoots. Passion for entertainment, lifestyle, pop culture, and/or sports, with the ability to translate trends into impactful campaigns. Proficiency across all major social platforms (primarily Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch; X and Snapchat experience is a plus).
• • Experience in using online benchmarking tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with superior attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects. Location The Brand Consulting department offers a flexible work schedule and requires three days per week on-site at our New York office. Compensation The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $72,000 - $89,000.

This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
