As a Brand Coordinator at Entain Australia & New Zealand, you will support your colleagues in the Ladbrokes Brand team with the development and implementation of brand strategies to drive growth, improve brand equity, and achieve market objectives. You will help develop and execute campaigns, write audience-centric ad copy, coordinate the weekly movement of creative assets, as well as overseeing post-production, calendar management, approvals, and finance. 

This hands-on role involves cross-collaboration and will suit a motivated self-starter who is eager to grow their career, highly organised, and has some experience in production. You will coordinate the production and delivery of a large number of creative assets, ensuring they meet strict regulatory requirements and are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

The position is based in Brisbane, Australia, and we have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, and Wellington. Your day-to-day... 

• Coordinate the creation and production of above the line assets ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards. This forms the majority of the role and is crucial to ensuring that large production and media budgets are executed on time. 

• Oversee the merchandise program. 

• Manage and execute experiential competitions and activations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.  
• Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns and marketing plans. 

• Collaborate extensively with other business teams to ensure they are aware of our plans and are provided with what they need to do their job.  

• Be customer-centric and led by insights in everything you do. 

• What you’ll bring... 

• A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. You will need to be highly organised, and process driven, as there are many deliverables in play at any given point. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising and co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders. 

• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis. 

• A creative mindset to contribute to the development of engaging and innovative brand strategies.  

• Killer attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
