As the Brand Operations Manager at WHOOP, you will work directly with the marketing & brand teams to organize and manage workflows from beginning to end, while flawlessly executing each project. This role will be responsible for managing (and at times producing) creative projects across all channels, while driving continual process improvements. This role will build scalable processes, tools, and resources to maintain WHOOP as a category leading brand.
The Brand Operations Manager will report to the VP, Brand and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive team output.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies that align how we work across all marketing functionsTrack projects and conduct regular analyses to understand workload and provide resourcing recommendations, and at-risk workPartner with ICM and creative leads to provide input on creative briefs, understanding critical requirements and business needsManage non-CAC Brand budgets and make strategic decisions for cost efficiencyPartner with our transcreation team to drive our internationalization process, identifying ways to streamline ways of working, including operational support from other teams like LCMLead operational improvements, including analyzing efficiency, tools, and processesManage P0-P1 initiatives from inception to execution, including coordinating with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and partnersDrive process and ways of working for the Creative, New Media, and Product Marketing teams, iterating on ways to optimize workflowDevelop & manage timelines/schedules, manage resourcesLead all projects with positivity, humility, and determinationProduce projects as needed, or oversee external vendors and support Manage internal reviews and ensure clear communicationIdentify project risks and offer solutionsMaintain clear cross-functional alignment on scope and deliverablesQUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of project management or operational experience, ideally in an agency settingExperience in managing complex marketing communications & campaignsProven track record of creating processes & organizing teamsHigh proficiency in Google SuiteHas a talent for efficiency, is self motivated, and collaborativeAdaptable to change in a quick-moving environmentInterested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification?
