What You’ll Be Doing

Social media & branding

Develop and execute daily social media strategy, focusing heavily on X, to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that ties into trending discussions, audience behaviors, Web3 mentalities with OKX's messaging.
Plan and execute viral-worthy engagement initiatives (e.g. AMAs, polls, challenges) to grow followers, boost engagement, and position OKX as a thought leader.
Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, track performance metrics, iterate strategies and report on ROI to refine content and campaign approaches.

Team collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product and other Web3 teams to align social media efforts with company's broader goals.
Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions and cross-functional projects.

Executive support

Manage executive administrative tasks, including scheduling business meetings and organizing travel.
Plan and coordinate company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Anticipate needs, handle confidential tasks with discretion.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in social media management, branding or digital marketing, preferably in tech/crypto/Web3.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken) is required.
Proven ability to produce engaging social media content, with a knack for spotting trends and audience behaviors. Portfolio of successful campaigns will be a plus.
Skill in crafting punchy tweets, threads, and creative briefs for visuals and videos that resonate with crypto-native audiences.
Thrive under pressure, pivot strategies quickly, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving industry.
Curious, creative, and unafraid to experiment. A self-starter who balances independence with teamwork.

Nice to have

Sound understanding of crypto culture, trending topics, and audience psychology, Ability to speak the language of DeFi, Meme, or blockchain ecosystems.
Experience using social analytics tools (e.g. Hoostuite, Sprout Social).
Network within Web3 communities or influencers.
