About the role In this role you will be responsible for: • Supporting the Broadcast Technology & Equipment team with technical broadcast planning across multiple tennis events. • Coordinating logistics and facilities requirements to ensure successful delivery of broadcasting operations. • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including data sheets, workflows, and technical guides. • Liaising with internal stakeholders, broadcast partners, and vendors to ensure clarity of requirements and timelines. • Managing project tracking and task allocation using Monday.com and other project management tools.

About you To be successful in this role you will: • Bring strong experience in broadcast environments, ideally with 5–10 years of audio/visual or field‑based broadcast work.

• Have a love for Broadcast and innovation, willing to innovate and push the boundaries.• Demonstrate advanced skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Monday.com, and Workday, with bonus points for AutoCAD and systems design experience. • Possess a solid understanding of audio and video workflows and the ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced event settings. • Have proven project management and logistics coordination capabilities across multiple concurrent events. • Show excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear technical workflows and guides. • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check. • Demonstrate preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to Tennis Australia.
