Position Details

Position Summary

This Broadcast Operations Production Manager role will support NBA events and production operations. The position involves coordinating events, managing production logistics, and ensuring exceptional experiences for fans and stakeholders at NBA games and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for NBA games and special events
• Manage event production and operations
• Work with venues, teams, and vendors
• Oversee event staffing and volunteer coordination
• Ensure compliance with NBA standards and requirements
• Handle on-site problem resolution and crisis management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in event operations or production
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with live events and sports production preferred
