What will you be doing?

Manage and prioritizes tasks in the BA team.
On-boards, guides new employees and manages employees' life cycle in the organization.
Builds an analytics plan that supports the road map.
In charge of the team's knowledge sharing.
Serves as a professional focal point - answers specific business questions in real-time.
Supervises and improves the BA team and cross unit’s data-related work procedures.
Responsible for the data structure and quality in the studio.
Develops the team: directs, brings about process improvements and specialization. Builds work processes within the team and with other teams.
Invests in team building and creates motivation in the team. Assists employees in getting the best out of themselves.
Creates and maintains communication channels with other domains in the studio.

Your Experience & Skills

3+ Years of experience in different data domains (BA, game economy, statistics).
Expert in SQL (very high), Excel, Tableau.
In depth understanding of data, data analysis and obtaining insights from data.
Ability to extract and refine action items from analysis.
In depth understanding/experience in game economy - an advantage.
Managerial experience - an advantage.
