At Kaizen Gaming, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. The Business Assistant plays a key supporting role across all  these areas, and we’re currently seeking a self-motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations, to help facilitate and optimize our business processes.

• Work closely with senior management to determine areas for improvement and facilitate execution;
• Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and other administrative tasks;  
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned;
• Support the coordination of initiatives and events;
• Maintain accurate records of the management budget; 
• Provide day-to-day operational support by addressing issues, resolving requests, and ensuring efficient workflow;
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival. 

What you'll bring:

• BSc/BA in Office Administration or similar relevant field;
• Proven administrative experience of at least 2 years;
• A solution-focused mindset with a proactive and customer-centric attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize and multitask;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
