Start your game at Entain Australia and New Zealand as a Business Development Executive (BDE), where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This position focuses on customer acquisition, reactivation, and enhancing loyalty and satisfaction. You'll engage with customers through direct interactions and electronic communication, creating memorable experiences and hosting events. Exceptional social and communication skills are essential.

Due to our 7-day operations, flexibility, including travel and weekend work, is required.

Your day-to-day... 

• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and reactivation, managing a select group of clients and maintaining regular one-on-one communications to build long-term relationships.
• Provide proactive management services, including handling inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, and resolving any issues customers may encounter.
• Utilize customer insights from player profiling to create targeted, personalized promotions and manage events and hospitality offerings.
• Prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the needs of customers are always the primary focus.
• Represent the company in event creation and hosting, including weekly to monthly events and premier sport and racing events.
• Proactively manage Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, advocating for safer gambling within Entain and the broader community, while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
  

What you'll bring... 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the wagering or entertainment industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present oneself professionally.
• Strong skills in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the role.
• Knowledge of wagering products with a passion for sports and racing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals and success.
