Role Overview

This role is responsible for understanding clients’ requirements, and using these to design, price and sell solutions on behalf of the Service Line. The role acts as a critical link between clients, Global Business Development, and Service Line Management and Production.
This role a value enhancer and designer for our clients, and a growth enabler for the Service Line.
This role works on leads generated by the Sales team as well as on leads that they create through their network of contacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business sales to agreed sales targets.

• Identify new prospective clients, develop and execute sales development strategies for these.

• Develop and execute contact strategies including cold calling, social and business networking.

• Attend qualified trade conferences and provide on stand support where the Company is exhibiting.

• Provide customer support, managing client expectations in collaboration with the Production Teams.

• Follow the company’s chosen sales methodology and produce all related reports.

• Qualify all sales leads, provide value/benefit assessments and generate plans to close.

• Act as Account Manager for selected customers, managing the relationship with the client, customer review meetings and participating in the communications with the client as planned.

• Gather client business requirements, define customer profile and value map targets, and design solutions which fulfil these and demonstrate the KWS value proposition

• Build commercial business and pricing models for prospective client engagements and consult with Finance and SL Management to ensure that these meet P&L requirements.  Coordinate with Business Development on the delivery of these models to the prospective clients.

• Work with the Service Line in building operational Service delivery and resourcing plans, to be handed over to the program/project management team after contract signature

• Work with the Service Line to ensure that project engagement and onboarding plans are appropriate to the project’s requirements

• Maintain the Service Line’s existing relationships with key clients which have constantly-evolving demand

• Support cross-selling initiatives designed to drive the expansion of our clients’ business with KWS to deeper and broader services, working alongside other SL Managers

• Collaborate with other SLs’ Solutions Managers to share information, develop best practices and build stronger briefs

業務内容

• 売上目標に向けた新規開拓営業
• 新規見込み顧客を特定し、その顧客に対する営業開発戦略を策定し、実行する。
• コールドコール、ソーシャルネットワーキング、ビジネスネットワーキングを含むコンタクト戦略を策定し、実行する。
• 業界のイベント等に参加し、当社が出展しているスタンドでサポートを提供する。
• カスタマーサポートを提供し、プロダクションチームと協力してクライアントの期待に沿うようなサービスを管理する。
• 会社が選んだ営業手法に従い、関連するすべてのレポートを作成する。
• すべてのセールスリードを適格に評価し、価値と利益を評価し、クロージングまでの計画を作成する。
• 選ばれた顧客のアカウントマネージャーとして、顧客との関係を管理し、顧客レビューミーティングを行い、計画通りに顧客とのコミュニケーションに参加する。
•  顧客のビジネス要件を収集し、顧客プロファイルとバリューマップのターゲットを定義し、これらを満たすソリューションを設計し、KWSのバリュープロポジションを実証する。
• 見込み顧客との契約のための商業ビジネスと価格設定モデルを構築し、それらが損益要件を満たすように財務およびサービスラインマネジメントと協議する。 ビジネス開発部門と連携し、見込み顧客にこれらのモデルを提供する。
• サービスラインと協力して、契約締結後にプログラム／プロジェクト・マネジメント・チームに引き渡す運用サービス・デリバリーおよびリソーシング計画を構築する。
• サービスラインと協力し、プロジェクトのエンゲージメントとオンボーディングプランがプロジェクトの要件に適していることを確認する。
• 常に需要が変化する主要顧客との既存関係の維持
• 他のサービスラインマネージャーと協力し、KWSと顧客のビジネスをより深く、より幅広いサービスへと拡大するためのクロスセリングのイニシアチブをサポートする。
• 他のサービスラインのソリューションマネージャーと協力し、情報を共有し、最も効果的な方法で、より強力なビジネスプランを構築する。

Requirements

Must-have Skills

• Strong verbal and written communications skills in Japanese, English is nice to have
• Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win
• Refined communication skills across all communication channels
•  Proven ability to work largely unaided in detecting, qualifying and closing business
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and sales database tools
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Effective time management
•  Minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
•  Must be comfortable working with senior executive contact levels
• Able to operate in a remote environment and willing to travel
• Broad knowledge and deep insights on the game industry
• Work experience in a transnational and multicultural business environment
