YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU WILL...

  • Proactively identify and initiate contact with potential clients in the robotics, automation, and fleet management sectors through cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach to generate high-quality leads.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using a multi-channel approach—including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms—to connect with key decision-makers in logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse automation.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage outreach efforts, track interactions, and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and call scripts that clearly articulate the value of our AGV/AMR solutions, sparking interest and driving initial conversations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent and strategic follow-up, aiming to convert cold contacts into warm opportunities.
  • Drive engagement and boost meeting conversion rates by tailoring messaging to each prospect’s pain points, aligning our robotics and fleet management offerings with their operational goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to smoothly transition qualified leads, support discovery calls, and assist with demo preparation when needed.
  • Provide actionable insights from cold outreach efforts to Marketing and Product teams, helping refine targeting, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

YOU...

  • Have at least one years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales, ideally in the robotics, automation, or industrial technology sector.
  • Have a strong interest in robotics, AGV/AMR, fleet management, and automation technologies and a desire to work with cutting-edge innovations in industrial logistics.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot, and open to leveraging these tools to support lead generation and outbound sales efforts.
  • Are a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with prospects via video calls, phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Have excellent English & German skills (written and spoken), with strong attention to grammar and professional tone.
  • Are based in Germany and have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup from our Munich office or remotely.
