Job Description

INTRODUCCIÓN:

Responsable de convertir todo el trabajo inicial de marketing y SDRs en ventas efectivas, construyendo la relación con el cliente, realizando ventas y asegurando que este cliente sea capaz de implementar el 100% de la metodología de gestión que ofrece EVO. Brindar la mejor experiencia al cliente al ofrecer la plataforma EVO.

LO QUE HARÁS: 

  • Ventas consultivas con un enfoque en la excelencia del servicio.
  •  Prospección activa de nuevos clientes.
  •  Gestionar la cartera de clientes asegurando el éxito de las ventas, la fidelización de los clientes y la identificación de perfiles actualizables.
  •  Visitas o reuniones presenciales.
  •  Actualice la información en el sistema de consultas y la base de conocimientos interna, registre la dirección de las interacciones con los clientes.


LO QUE NECESITARÁS:

  • 3 años de experiencia;
  • Altas habilidades de comunicación vía telefónica, correo electrónico y mensajería instantánea;
  • Disciplina y organización;
  • Enfocados en los resultados y decididos a alcanzar los objetivos;
  • Perfil analítico y basado en datos;
  • Espíritu de equipo;
  • Perfil ambicioso y enfocado a resultados excelentes (vender más y mejor).
  • Ventas B2B
  • Dominio de software CRM (Hubspot) e otras herramientas relevantes para el éxito del cliente y comunicación


Y ES GENIAL TENER:  

  • Conocimientos en Inside Sales
  •  Embudo de ventas
  •  Conocimientos en Spin selling
  •  Experiencia en el mercado SaaS o start-ups
  •  Espanhol/Português Fluente
