THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to our Revenue Assurance team in Portugal! 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Revenue Assurance analysis and monitoring, by assessing the gympass revenue flow and implementing robust processes to monitor and analyze monitoring points and revenue streams. Suggest and build revenue controls based on the revenue workflow assessment.
  • Design test cases in Revenue Assurance through the lineage between the business requirement and the expectation from the RAID solution. The tests should be document in terms of system and integrated test, detailing all the steps, expected results and the final output with evidences.
  • Lead the technical assessment over the RAID and establish a bridge between the business requirements and the revenue integration. Ability to escalate, clearly and timely manner to the vendor support team in case of any product issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaboration between the Billing, Payments and Invoicing and leverage with the Finance, IT and operations teams to address potential revenue assurance issues.
  • Follow-up and address potential changes to the root-cause identified issues. Track the implementation and recommendations to ensure the correctness of the revenue flow and the corrective actions are executed.
  • Ensure the correct Billing Assurance through the lineage from the issues analysis and the Billing service (recurrencies, subscriptions, upsells, etc.)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience in Revenue Assurance.
  • Desirable knowledge in RAID software: set-up, data model, mashups, integration and RAID modules, such as the Events Control, Platform Integrity and Rating & Billing Validation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English.
  • Capability to create a backlog and estimating the effort for each Artifact of the backlog.
  • Solid Software quality and test automation mindset;
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders in an enticing manner that encourages discussion and action.
  • Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, creative and experimental in the approach to problem solving, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
