What you’ll do:

This isn't your average internship. You'll be a strategic partner, working on projects that directly influence our business. You'll:

• Be a Problem Solver: Support the Business Operations Manager on cross-functional initiatives to tackle key strategic and operational challenges.
• Analyze & Inform: Dive into data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and find new opportunities to make our processes better.
• Tell a Story with Data: Create reports and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with the Best: Partner with teams across Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to bring projects to life.

What You Have

You're a student with a sharp mind, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for making things run smoothly.

• You're currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You're a pro at breaking down complex issues.
• You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and slide presentations. Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a major plus.
• You're excited about the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup and have a passion for sports.
