Job Description

Kickstart your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by joining our Commercial & Marketing team in a rotational graduate role. Over the course of the 2 year programme, you will complete four tailored rotations, each lasting approximately 6 months, designed to give you broad exposure to both the commercial and marketing sides of the business. Placement areas may include Commercial Strategy, Merchandise & Licensing, Partnerships, Marketing Operations, Brand Insights, and Content & Communications. Rotations will be aligned with your strengths, interests, and the evolving needs of the team. 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative campaigns, analyse performance data, support sponsor relationships, and help drive commercial success in the world of motorsport. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, insight, and impact. 

Kindly note that this position within the Commercial and Marketing team is designated to be based at our London office.

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive performance. 

  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in motorsport and the sports industry. 

  • Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy. 

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
