Note to applicants: This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around the greater Minnesota area. 

Who You Are: As our Area Manager on the Beverage team, you will spend your time working the trade in the field, promoting C4 Energy products in current and new accounts while working closely with our distributor partners. You will assist in making presentation to the retailer and educating the distributor salesperson on our brand and shelf standards. You will also call on key accounts to accelerate sales and push our brand into the market.

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for distributors in your assigned territory and working closely with field representatives in your area to support market growth
  • Introducing and selling our product and product expansions to local stores once available with our distributors
  • Setting up and maintaining proper POS materials in your accounts
  • Training distributor sales reps and retail partners on our products through in market visits and office-based training sessions to educate them on our brand, products and selling into stores
  • Tracking and reviewing accounts to discuss distributor and sales performance along with promotion and new product launch schedules in your territory
  • Recommending & implementing sales programs and work with your RSM to implement short- and long-term sales strategies
  • Running VIP reporting and inventory management for distributors partners
  • Tracking your progress in stores through our CRM tool, currently Repsly
  • Conducting business reviews with distributor leadership teams
  • Supporting both our distributors, national & regional chain accounts
  • Adhering to the administrative duties of the position
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Territory gross shipments
    • Territory depletions
    • UDS +50% growth

What You Contribute: 

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of successful key account selling
  • Ambitious, outgoing, good interpersonal skills, solid administrative skills
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines
  • Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job
