The Office of General Counsel at CAA ICON is looking for a Paralegal/Legal

will include the following: Assist in the drafting and distributing of certain project management agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and other documents related to active construction/development project sites

with minimal supervision Able to handle multiple projects at once Tech savvy; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Adobe Good writing skills, great attention to detail, and the desire to succeed; • excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must Liaise with multiple external legal counsels on active litigation cases, subpoenas, and contracts Requirements 2+ years of relevant administrative • assistant experience • Good verbal and written communication; excellent organizational skills Ability to work well with team members and Company clients, and to respond effectively and quickly to their needs and issues; meet commitments and effectively manage expectations Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook Handle confidential information discreetly and with sensitivity High level of organization and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands Self-starter with good problem-solving skills while maintaining client service orientation Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail Location This role will be on-site out of the Denver, Colorado office. Compensation The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $27.00 - $32.00.

This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
