Job Description

This position is responsible for inbound customer support of  Scarborough lines of business for conflict and resolution of varied data with emphasis on professional customer service and detail oriented agent capabilities.

Responsabilities: 

• Answer inbound calls from a variety of Nielsen customers as well as general public inquiries.

• Quickly identify call type and provide the necessary information as needed using Nielsen guidelines to guarantee the proper and timely resolution.

• Timely report/escalate any issue/trend to the correct department.

• Meet/exceed quantitative and qualitative goals of Inbound tasks.

• Update and verify Personal Information from the participants in different databases.

• Effective use of recruitment resources and ability to present full disclosure of participation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalency

• 1-2 years of experience in the Call Center or in a Customer Service area

• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office Products. (Excel, Access, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

• Requires diplomacy and persuasiveness when interacting with the respondent-participants.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and active listening skills.

• Verbal and written Fluency in English and Spanish Language
