The individual will work directly with the physicians and or the office staff to provide proactive and seamless services with respect to onboarding new patients.

While we thank all applicants for your interest in GreenShield, only qualified persons will be contacted.&nbsp;</div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br><li>Calling and speaking with patients periodically to schedule their upcoming refills for their chronic biologic medication.</li><li>Coordinating and scheduling delivery through our logistics software in coordination with the logistic department.</li><li>Inputting clinical and non-clinical software data into our pharmacy management software for the purpose of maintaining accurate and up to date patient profiles.</li></br><b>Qualifications</b></br><li>College or University Degree is an asset.</li><li>Experience in providing excellent customer service is preferred.</li><li>Great written and oral communication skills is a must.</li><li>Reliability with proven attendance and punctuality record is required.</li><li>Other skills required: Organized, personable, and a collaborative mindset</li></br>
