We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Campaign Effectiveness Analyst to join our Ad Sales team. This role is responsible for the performance measurement and strategic optimization of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for our brand partners and advertisers. As a critical member of the ad marketing team, you will ensure that campaign goals are met through data-driven insights and comprehensive reporting.

You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure successful campaign delivery and collaborate cross-functionally with media planning, ad operations, and product marketing teams to support the development of new sellable products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and a passion for leveraging data to drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Measurement

  • Develop and implement robust frameworks to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels (e.g., search, social media, email, display).
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign performance and optimization for all non-site-served campaign elements.
  • Partner with the Technical Ad Ops team to optimize site-served campaign components.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates through dynamic reporting dashboards.

Optimization

  • Implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and derive actionable insights for paid media and non-ad served marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between campaign execution and business objectives, maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Design and execute A/B testing to evaluate and refine campaign elements, improving overall performance.

Reporting

  • Partner with the Account Management team to develop detailed and insightful performance reports, ensuring benchmarks are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports that summarize key findings, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising Data Analyst to gain deeper insights into audience behavior and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Apply advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling, to extract valuable insights.

Trendspotting/Product + Platform Updates

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to integrate new industry developments into campaign strategies and optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape across multiple media channels and buying strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance granular analysis and big-picture strategy.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo, innovate, and implement improved methodologies.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • A strong collaborator with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to continuous learning in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Sprout Social, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of platforms like Parsely, Chartbeat, GA, and Amplitude is key.

What We Offer:

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of  between $60,000 to $80,000.  Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away,  sick leave, and more.  This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
