We’re looking for a Care Navigator I to join our growing Care Navigation team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our patients, helping ensure their experience working with Mantra providers is an excellent one. We’re looking forward to meeting folks with a background in patient support and knowledge of healthcare systems. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to young adult student in the U.S. 

About the Role

The Care Navigator I will:

• Report to the Manager of Care Navigation
• Answer calls and emails from Patient Support inboxes
• Send referrals and lab orders and follow up on treatment related tasks
• Re-engage students who’ve missed appointments
• Support continuity of care during summer breaks and holiday

About You

• 2+ years experience in case management in a patient-facing role
• Deep empathy for our patients and mental health struggles
• Comfort with technology such as Zendesk, Slack & Google suite
• Comfort on the phone as an external representative of Mantra

The salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000
