Due to our current growth, we are excited to be recruiting for 2 x casual positions within our Consumer Experience team that will support our abovementioned brands. The roles constitutes an outstanding opportunity for a Consumer Service specialist to kick-start their career with Amer Sports and combine their exemplary skills with their passion for the outdoors!  

The roles will be supported by an experienced team who have a positive & inclusive culture and work together to provide the best customer experience they can. Full training will be provided to ensure you are up to speed on systems and processes. 

Requirements

• Driving a ‘Consumer First’ attitude and building a strong service experience
• Responding to consumer enquiries & complaints via live chat, email & phone 
• Assisting with the smooth transition of orders into SAP from our online store 
• Continuous auditing of the online stores and providing feedback
• Supporting Sales teams, Brand managers and other internal stakeholders
• Offering solutions and ideas to continuously improve internal processes
• Participating and supporting at community events and demo days 
• Processing returns and refunds
• Assessing and providing solutions to consumer warranty claims
• Liaising with Supply Chain team and our delivery partners regarding fulfilment and delivery issues

These roles will appeal to ambitious candidates who possess 1 year + customer service experience in a fast paced and customer centric environment.
