Position Details

Position Summary

This Casual Ticket Office Assistant position will support match day operations and fan experience at St. Mary's Stadium. The role involves managing ticketing, hospitality services, and ensuring exceptional experiences for all supporters and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing operations and customer service
• Coordinate hospitality and premium experiences
• Support match day operations and stadium management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements
• Work with stewards and venue staff to deliver excellent service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or stadium operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure on match days
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of ticketing systems preferred
• Passion for delivering excellent fan experiences
